Kimchi Making Class at IndieFerm (Plymouth)

We are excited to have Og back at IndieFerm teaching another kimchi class. At our June Plymouth Pickle & Fermentation Festival, Og taught a class about the wider world of kimchi and demonstrated her classic napa recipe. For this class, you will make your own kimchi to take home with you in a 26 oz jar.
