Annual Take Me Fishin’ (Plymouth)

Bring your fishing pole and join us for a fun day of fishing and activities at Fearing Pond. Come for the morning or bring a picnic lunch and stay for the day! Fishing poles and bait will be available. MA fishing license is not required. Experienced anglers will be on hand to help novices cast a line, learn about fish, fishing safety & ethics, and fishing equipment. Prizes will be awarded for the biggest fish. FMSSF Photo Contest awards will be presented. Crafts, raffles and many fun activities make this an ideal event for everyone in the family. The event will be held rain or shine.
The event is free and open to all ages. Children require adult supervision. For more Information Check Here.
Free Parking at the Fearing Pond day use area, which is on Fearing Pond Road. (Follow the signs to Fearing Pond.) Park headquarters off Cranberry Road in Carver is a good place to find public restrooms and pick up a map of the forest.
