Given the importance of this project [Plymouth’s new master plan] and the limitations of a wide-open attendance meeting (committee presentations, small group discussions, etc.) might it be possible for residents to submit questions and concerns to the committee? It is unfortunate that the population of Plymouth has such low voter participation, but this could be a way of residents feeling some involvement in their future and perhaps taking part in what could ultimately be organized committees for specific issues:
- Overdevelopment without consideration for services needed
- Cost of housing
- Very limited services (grocery store options, modern and well-placed pharmacies, centrally located big box and independent retailers)
- Traffic
- And more.
