America’s Hometown Independence Day Celebration (Plymouth)

Each year Plymouth hosts an unforgettable Independence Day celebration drawing visitors from far and wide to America’s Hometown. The morning begins bright and early with a special 5K road race followed by the annual 4th of July Parade throughout historic Downtown Plymouth. The day includes food trucks on the Plymouth Waterfront, a free seaside concert by the beloved Plymouth “Phil” Philharmonic orchestra and culminates with a huge fireworks display over Plymouth Harbor.
The parade will leave Cordage Commerce Center at (10 Cordage Park Circle) by taking a left onto Route 3A South/Court Street.  The route follows Court Street which becomes Main Street and then Main Street Extension before turning left onto Water Street and finishing in front of DCR Pilgrim Memorial State Park at the bottom of Coles Hill.
