Book Club at Bradford (Duxbury)

Join us on September 19 to discuss best-selling author Kristin Hannah’s latest novel, The Women, at the Bradford House. The novel’s characters, female Army nurses during the Vietnam War, share many parallels with Charlotte Bradford, a nurse during the Civil War. Historian and Archivist Carolyn Ravenscroft will be on hand to lead a discussion of the book and how women’s experiences in the 1960s mirror those of women 100 years earlier.
