Butterflies of Great Neck (Wareham)

Mass Audubon Great Neck Wildlife Sanctuary is home to many different species of butterflies. Join Andrew Griffith from Massachusetts Butterfly Club and Mass Audubon as we search for and identify native butterflies, learn about their preferred habitats, and how they are adapting to climate change.
These guided walks are geared towards adults, are up to 2 miles in length and are slow to moderate paced. Be prepared for possible damp and uneven terrain and be mindful that ticks are present. Thank you for leaving pets at home. Severe weather cancels. Bring binoculars if you have them.
