Fermented Foods Health Benefits Talk and Tasting at IndieFerm (Plymouth)

IndieFerm is kicking off the New Year with a presentation by Alyssa Whalen (MSIN Integrative Nutritionist and Biomedical Engineer) on the health benefits of fermented foods. Join us in the IndieFerm classroom to hear Alyssa explain the health benefits of fermented foods and the importance of maintaining a healthy gut microbiome (think prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics). You’ll get to enjoy a kombucha mocktail and sample a variety of food ferments while learning how to incorporate them into your diet.
