Vernal Pool Walk (Plymouth)
April 13 @ 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm
As part of the “One Book, One Community” program with the Plymouth Public Library, join Mass Audubon for a short walk around Tidmarsh Wildlife Sanctuary to look for signs of emerging spring critters like frogs and salamanders. We will discuss vernal pool species and how these critters survived the winter. This is a FREE, family-friendly event but registration is required.
Please Register Here.
Meet in the parking lot at Tidmarsh Wildlife Sanctuary. Wear comfortable waterproof walking shoes and dress for the weather. There is an accessible porta-potty on site but no other facilities, so bring water and anything you need to keep warm/comfortable.
Rain Date: Sunday, April 14, 9:30 – 11am.
This program is made possible by the generous support of the ‘America the Beautiful’ Initiative.
