G. Gregory White.

G. Gregory White, 76, a lifelong resident of Plymouth (at least in his heart) and a proud Mayflower descendant, died on Aug 2.

He attended Plymouth public schools, followed by college at Clark University in Worcester.

A man of adventure, he lived his bucket list – never putting off until tomorrow what could be done today. He dearly loved his friends and family. His many memberships reflect his wide array of interests: Old Colony Club, Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts, Plymouth Yacht Club, Catboat Association, Pilgrim Society, Alden Kindred of America, Sippican Philosophical Society, Society for Industrial Archeology, Southcoast Y (where he started the Precision Sit-Up Team), Cape Cod Cranberry Growers Association, Massachusetts Farm Bureau Association, Ocean Spray Grower/Owner, and International Food Technologists. In lieu of formal services, his many friends are invited to attend his much-loved Artillery Practice Party on the day after Thanksgiving at his home on the bogs in South Carver. Be there and celebrate this one-of-a-kind and most memorable man.
