Janet L. Yodsnukis, 76, of Industry Maine, formerly of Plymouth, passed away on Saturday, May 11. She was the devoted wife of 59 ½ years to Dennis M. Yodsnukis, Sr., loving mother of Dennis M. Yodsnukis, Jr. of Plymouth, Denise Yodsnukis and her significant other, David Thomas of Plymouth, and the late David Yodsnukis. She was the grandmother of Derek, Amanda, Gregory, Dustin, Devin, and Melinda, as well as great grandmother of five. She was the sister of Donna Belanger, Francis Pacheco, Robert Pacheco, and the late Marsha Melton.
Born in Plymouth on May 23, 1947, daughter of the late Francis and Dorothy (Schneider) Pacheco, Janet mostly grew up in Plymouth and attended the Taunton School System. She and Dennis moved to Maine in 1991. Janet was known for being a strong person and was a 25 year cancer survivor. She loved to shop and collect dolls, as well as all things Christmas. Janet also enjoyed listening to country and western music.
Services will be private. Donations in Janet’s memory may be made to the DAV or the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
