Kelly Lynn Lucas

Kelly Lynn (Crowley) Lucas of Plymouth, died peacefully on Monday, Nov. 4, in her home with her family by her side. Kelly was born in Fall River on April 6, 1969, daughter of Linda L. (Edgerton) Crowley and the late Robert M. Crowley Sr. Kelly grew up in Hanson and was a graduate of Whitman Hanson Regional High School.

Kelly was a loving wife, mother and sister who treasured her time spent with family and friends. Kelly was a woman who wore many hats. She cherished her work with children as a Girl Scout Leader, Old Colony YMCA Role Model, among multiple other ways she worked and volunteered with youth in the community. She was a hard worker and had an entrepreneurial spirit. Kelly’s favorite role and greatest achievement was being a mother. Kelly enjoyed listening and dancing to music and sitting out in the sunshine enjoying a hot cup of coffee. She was also a devout Catholic and was a member of St. Bonaventure Parish in Manomet.

Kelly is survived by her husband Michael J. Lucas, her mother Linda and her three cherished daughters, Heliana Alvarez, Adriana Alvarez, and Liliana Alvarez, as well as her dearest stepson, James Lucas. She also leaves her bonus children, Sara Lopez (Dominic) and Douglas Mahan. She was the sister of Robert Crowley Jr. (Theresa) and Barry Crowley (Cinthia) and she was grandma to her beloved grand dog Sanchez.

A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday.

Nov. 9, at 10 a.m., in St. Bonaventure Church, 801 State Road, Plymouth. Burial will follow at Vine Hills Cemetery in Plymouth.
