Michelle Huxley, 41, of Plymouth, died Thursday, March 28 after a long battle with cancer. She was the daughter of the late John J. Biasiucci and Carol Louise Huxley. Born in Plymouth on September 17, 1982, she was a graduate of Plymouth South High School. She worked in retail, most recently for the Dollar Tree store in Manomet. Michelle loved pop culture, movies, music from the ‘80s, Disney movies, gaming, wood burning and crafts. She was a devoted fan of all New England and Boston sports. She loved cooking and sharing her culinary education and reminiscing about high school and her childhood. She was kind and generous and was loved by all. She had strength and fortitude since her childhood, and always chose to look on the bright side of life. She was caring to her family, friends, and all beloved animals. Michelle was also a devoted fan of New Kids on the Block. She enjoyed their music and their local connection to Manomet.
Michelle will be forever missed by her brother Michael Huxley and his partner, Kelly Dawson of Carver; her sister Audra McLaughlin and her husband Justin of Plymouth; her fiancé Ryan Elwell of Kingston; and sisters, Lisa, Kelly, and Kristy Biasiucci. She was also the stepdaughter of the late John Pike and sister of the late John S. Biasiucci.
Visitation with Michelle’s family will be held on Friday, April 5, in the Cartmell-Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home, 619 State Road, Plymouth, from 4 to 6 p.m. with services at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Boston Children’s Hospital, 300 Longwood Ave., Boston, MA, 02115
