An hour less sleep for more light at the end of the day is a trade-off most of us are happy to make. Here’s a reminder that Daylight Saving Time starts at 2 a.m. March 10 (Sunday morning). Make the appropriate adjustments (especially if you still have clocks that don’t automatically jump ahead 60 minutes). And in case you’re wondering, “fall back” happens on Nov. 3 – just in time for Election Day on Nov. 5. Not that we’re reading anything into that.
